 Maintain all certification
materials including applications, educational materials, and other
correspondence.
Fulfill requests for
information about the program, as well as manage the application process
and supply educational information.
Maintain a complete and accurate
database of certified representatives, or those pending certification.
Prepare any award
materials for those passing certification, including plaques,
certificates, identification cards, etc.
Provide regular reports
of activity to the appropriate representative on the Board of Directors
or Certification Committee.

associations or governing bodies.

and public relations plans to insure full participation and that both
